Recusing of Jeff sessions, "Deep state" strikes again?
Jeff sessions, Trump's secretary of justice department, is facing highly increasing critics as officials confirmed he met with Russian ambassador twice last year, which Sessions denied under oath by the congress. (By the way, session accidentally means legislature meeting)
Lying under oath can be devastating the future of the secretary's career, at least it achieved the minimum goal needed for the democrats, as AG Sessions recused himself from the investigations of Russian intervention in presidential elections.
Now, the chance to submit top Democrats demand of assignment of an independent judge at the head of the investigation is so close, which minimize the maneuver area for president Trump and make him unable to direct the course of the investigation.
Sessions is the second senior official caught lying about ties with Russia, after former National security advisor Flynn, who was pushed to resign, only 3 weeks after office.
The department of Justice contains many democrats, who oppose Trumps attitudes in public, such as Sally Yates, former acting Attorney General, who refused to defend Trump's immigration order, and fired in return.
But Session himself took a backward step, confessing Russia meetings, justifying he discussed only issues of terrorism and Ukraine, not the elections!
Nobody knows how these pieces of information reached the Washington Post, but The New York Times has expressed fears about "deep state" in America, over White House multiple leaks!
What's is very embarrassing is that Sessions supported Recusing of former president Clinton in 1999, over accusations of Lying under oath. He has judged upon himself, many people say!
What's more interesting is that the Egyptian, US embassy controlled media, accused president Morsi of spying against Egypt with foreign countries, with no evidence till now. It' surely fake news from the Egyptian deep state, but real news against current American administration, which shows that the world came at you so fast!
